La Recouvrance – Replica aviso schooner, early 19th century.

A goodwill ambassador ship built for the city of Brest from plans dating from 1820.
Length 25 m, beam 6.5 m, draught 3.2 m.
Built in 1991–92 by Guip Shipyard (Brest), launched during the boat festival Brest 1992.
In collaboration with Coprema ship design office.

Bantry Bay Gigs

The Atlantic Challenge, first held in the year 2000, led to the construction of 30 gigs in France. Guip Shipyard has so far built four Bantry Bay gigs, of which two continue to take an active part in international regattas.
Bantry Bay gigs are among the most beautiful rowing and sailing boats ever made and require a well-trained and coordinated crew.
Length 11.62 m, draught 0.31 m, sail area 39 m².



Guépards – three-chine one-designs

Shallow-V Morbihan dinghies designed by Étienne Riguidel.
Length 5.5 m, draught 0.25/1.10 m, 0.6 tons, sail area 21 m².
Guip Shipyard (Île-aux-Moines) has so far built forty-five Guépards.



Atlas – Fourteen-metre classic cutter

Cold-moulded sailing boat designed by Guy Ribadeau Dumas.
Length 14 m, beam 3.6 m, draught 1.9 m, sail area 110 m².
Built in 2001 by Guip Shipyard (Brest).



Enfant des flots – multi-purpose fishing vessel of 14.8 tons.

Built by Guip Shipyard in collaboration with Jean-Pierre Le Couvéour.
Launched in 1990 on Île-aux-Moines for the youth sailing trust Association pour un sinagot Ilois.



Jean & Jeanne – Replica sinagot built 1990.

Replica of an ancient Morbihan sinagot (1905) with square sails.
Length 8.1 m, beam 2.83 m, draught 1.1 m.
Built by Guip Shipyard (Île-aux-Moines) in collaboration with Jean-Pierre Le Couvéour.
Launched in 1990 for the sailing trust Jean & Jeanne.
